Jadal's main objective is reinforcing and embodying the unity of the Palestinian community, as well as its national and social struggle based on the awareness of human rights.
It also looks to protect the national and cultural identity with an emphasis on human and progressive elements.

Thus, it works on the following objectives:
- Reinforces the community cultural dialogue

- Reinforces and promotes the progressive cultural components

- Encourages creativity in the arts

- Develops values and democracy in a practical manner

- Reinforces and raises awareness of work being done by volunteers

- Reinforces the cultural and progressive dialogue among youth and raises their awareness of their social role, as well as resisting the normalization projects and combating the negative impacts of globalization

- Reinforces and promotes the progressive perception of women and supports their liberation struggle on all levels.
